Delivery Information

The charge for the delivery of goods from this site to an address within the UK is individual and has no VAT added.

All goods purchased show the delivery charge once selected prior to placing your final order.

We aim to deliver your order between 2-3 days using either Royal Mail for the small lighter packages or DHL for the larger heavier items.

 

Delivery times apply to normal working days Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm.

There is a cut off order time of 2.00pm Monday to Friday for despatch of orders.

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee any delivery time but past performances have shown that the two couriers we have chosen have proven performance in our estimation. Having said this inevitably there will always be a third factor that will cause things to go wrong and usually out of our control. For this we apologise too you as our valued customer should you have experienced any difficulties with the delivery of your order.
